Must function on:
- Both Mac and PC
- Browsers 4.0 and up
- Internet Explorer and Netscape

HTML
- HTML code must be contained within a single TABLE tag.
- Nested tables are not allowed.
- All table cells must have width attributes.
- All images must have height and width attributes.
- All attributes must be in quotes.
- URL links must contain the anchor link attribute: TARGET="NEW"
- Do not use non-breaking spaces ( ) - instead, use spacers (transparent 1 x 1 pixel GIF) and change the width or height accordingly.
- Empty cells not permitted; place a spacer inside empty cells.
